Appointments:
To avoid disappointments, please schedule your appointment in advance. You may also use our Online Appointment System (Click here) or download the Platinum Salon & Spa Mobile App.

Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Single Appointment: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Multiple Appointments: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled beginning appointment time.
If cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment or you do not show, a 25% charge will apply.

Gratuity Policy:
Gratuity envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience. Gratuity cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.

Children:
For the safety of your child, and the enjoyment of our clients, no children or cell phones are allowed in the spa area. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the salon area. We will be happy to reschedule your service if this is not possible. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Gift Cards / Certificates:
Platinum Gift Cards are an ideal year-round gift for any occasion. The gift that says Thank You! Exchanges for other service(s) or products may be accommodated. Unfortunately, refunds are not available. Spa package series are non-refundable

Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages, and full value cards have a 5 year expiration date. Gift Cards may be purchased in person, by phone or online. Special delivery and mailing are also available.

Cell Phones:
Please, turn off all mobile devices prior to entering the spa area. Other guests are here to escape.

Limitations:
-No Refunds on any Gift Card.
-Exchanges for other service(s) or products may be accommodated.
-All prices are subject to change.
-Gratuity cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.

Staff Changes:
We ask that you feel free to experience and work with a variety of our talented team members. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Spa Area:
For your enjoyment and for the safety of your children there are no infants, children or cell phones allowed in the Spa or nail area. Alcoholic beverages are not legally allowed or permitted in the Salon or Spa area.

Return & Exchange Policy:
All take home purchases have a 30-day return policy. All refunds will receive an in-store credit accompanied with an original sales receipt. No exceptions All returns are subject to the discretion of management. Unfortunately, no  returns on any prescription or closeout products.

Unfortunately,  Gift Cards & Spa package series are non-refundable.

Spa Package Series:
Buy 3 – SAVE 15% | Buy 6 – SAVE 20%

Series are non-refundable, non-transferable, and  cannot be converted. Series cannot be used by more than  one individual or combined with other offers and discounts.  Series upgrades are available, additional charges will apply. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor expired packages  due to the nature of our proprietary goods. All services  are subject to limited availability. Facial treatments are available by series. Inquire with a Platinum  team member for exclusive pricing. 

The package prices listed reflect the  corresponding discount versus the regular retail.  Package must be paid in full prior to the completion  of the initial service. Please no substitutions as our packages are carefully developed  to compliment each service.

Series of 3 Services expire 4 months  from the date of purchase.
Series of 6 services expire 8 months from the date of purchase.
