Day of Spa Appointments
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to check in, complete intake form(s), and change to a robe and slippers. Spa signature showers are complimentary to all of our spa guests. If late arrival, please remember your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. If cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment or you do not show, a charge will apply.
Gratuity
Gratuity envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.
Gift Cards / Certificates
Platinum Gift Cards / Certificates are an ideal year round gift for any occasion. The gift that says thank you!
Limitations
-No Refunds on any Gift Card.
-Exchanges for other service(s) or products may be accommodated.
-All prices are subject to change.
-Gratuity cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards or credit cards.Appointments

Children
To respect all guests, all children must wait in the waiting area unless receiving a service.

Please, turn off all cell phones or pagers. Other guests are here to escape.
