Day of Spa Appointments
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to check in, complete intake form(s), and change to a robe and slippers. Spa signature showers are complimentary to all of our spa guests. If late arrival, please remember your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. If cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment or you do not show, a charge will apply.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.
Children
For the safety of your child, and the enjoyment of our clients, no children or cell phones are allowed in the spa area. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the salon area. We will be happy to reschedule your service if this is not possible. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages, and they never
expire. Complimentary packaging is available. Gift Cards may be purchased in person, by phone or online at platinumsalon-spa.com Special delivery and mailing are also available.
Limitations
-No Refunds on any Gift Card.
-Exchanges for other service(s) or products may be accommodated.
-All prices are subject to change.
-Gratuity cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards or credit cards.

Spa Area
For your enjoyment and for the safety of your children there are no infants, children or cell
phones allowed in the Spa or nail area. Alcoholic beverages are not legally allowed or permitted in the Salon or Spa area. Smoking is not allowed in Platinum Salon& Spa.
Groups: Business or Pleasure
Meeting areas are available to accommodate corporate needs, employer rewards, girls day out, bridal parties and more.

Take Home Product Return & Exchange Policy
All Take Home Products: Purchases have a 90 day return policy. All refunds will receive an in-store credit accompanied with original sales receipt. No exceptions. Returns may be denied at anytime for any reason.
Prescription Products: For Health reasons, these products are not able to be returned for any reason. They are a special prescription just for you. Ask your technician which product is best for you before you make your purchase. (i.e. Medicalia, Obagi, RX Sunscreen, Anesthetic Cream, and additional products with do not return labels)
