You have agreed to our policy regarding the confidentiality of you customer PIN number, procedures used for on-line appointment booking, appointment changes and cancellations. In consideration of receiving a PIN number and being able to book appointments on-line you have agreed to keep your credit card on file and have given us the right to bill your credit card for 100% of the service costs associated with any missed appointments made using your PIN that are not cancelled within 12 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time.
