Appropriate essentials oils are massaged into the clients skin, and a mineralizing algae mixture is applied onto the body. The client is then wrapped and enjoys quiet relaxation. After 15 minutes the client is unwrapped and rinsed with the vichy shower. A tension relief gel is applied to calves and back, while the rest of the body is kept soft with a body moisturizer.
